Éowyn is a valiant shieldbearer of Rohan, niece of King Théoden. Refusing to stay behind while the men went to war, she disguised herself as a rider of Rohan, calling herself Dernhelm. Along with her fearless friend, the Hobbit Meriadoc Brandybuck, she traveled clandestinely with Théoden's army and fought with incredible valor at the Battle of Pelennor Fields.
This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble Éowyn and Merry, both mounted and on foot. In the mounted version, you have the option of removing Merry, leaving only Éowyn. On foot, Éowyn carries a sword and shield, and when mounted, she also carries a javelin. Merry wears the uniform of a Squire of Rohan, and he also carries a sword and shield. Both versions of Éowyn can be assembled bareheaded with her golden hair exposed, or with a helm as Dernhelm.
These miniatures are supplied as 23 components, plus two 25mm Citadel Round Bases and one 40mm Citadel Round Base.
